The hotel is located in the calm central area of the city of Plovdiv and after the renovation the base has been recognised as an all-year city hotel, offering individual and organised conference and business tourism.
To ensure the comfort and cosiness for the guests the rooms are separated into two types: for smokers and non-smokers. The building is easily accessible to disabled people.

 

 

Each of the 43 single rooms is equipped with a modern full-size bed and has available sanitary unit with a shower, wardrobe, telephone, TV set, mini bar, internet connection and central air conditioning allowing individual adjustment of the room temperature.

 

 

The hotel has available 21 double rooms, with two separate beds with dressing tables. Every room has a sanitary unit with a shower, wardrobe, telephone, TV set, mini bar, internet connection and central air conditioning allowing individual adjustment of the room temperature.

 

 

7 apartments are available to the guests, one of which, situated on the first floor is intended for disabled people. Each of them has a sitting room area and a bedroom with separate sanitary units where the sanitary unit of the bedroom has a bath.
The sitting room area is furnished with an expandable sofa and kitchen drawers, mini bar, sink, TV set and central air conditioning allowing individual adjustment of the room temperature. The complex offers free-of-charge apartment for the night of newly-weds using the restaurant as a venue for their wedding celebration.
The apartments can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
